Money Service Businesses of Georgia

Our Mission

To serve as Georgia's foremost leader in communication and education for the Money Service Business Centers.

Organization Profile

MSBGA members form a well established and growing alternative to traditional banks for a large and growing segment of the American public. MSBGA members provide convenient locations where consumers can cash checks, purchase money orders and engage in a variety of financial service transactions.

Headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA, the MSBGA association is Georgia's leading voice on industry trends, legislative, regulatory and business issues.

Although there are a few large chain operations, most MSBGA members are local, neighborhood organizations, who on average, operate between one and three stores.

MSBGA members provide consumers with a variety of services including check cashing; money orders; access to ATMs; electronic bill payment services; deferred deposit services; electronic tax preparation and files; and personal lines insurance such as auto & renters.
